Accountability Commitments

Accountability is core to Norwegian Church Aid's values and the principles that inform our behavior in all that we do and help define our approach.

Our Accountability Framework states our commitments to rights-holders, host communities, partners and other stakeholders.

As a member of  the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP), Norwegian Church Aid commits to implementing the HAP principals of accountability. NCA was certified in compliance to the HAP Standard in Humanitarian Accountability and Quality Management in November 2011.

A functioning complaints handling system is an essential part of Norwegian Church Aid's accountability policy.
