Norwegian Church Aid has chosen to concentrate its efforts within five thematic fields. We do not work with all five fields in every country in which we are active, but rather have chosen two or three fields in each. This allows us to adapt to the needs of each country and maintain efficiency.
Within each thematic field, we have developed two or three global programmes for our development work. At the same time, we work to influence those with power and authority both at home, in the countries in which we work, and globally, to make decisions that help end poverty and injustice.
