Consultancy: Training on Locally-led Anticipatory Action

Key  Responsibilities:

• Develop content package for Locally-Led Anticipatory Action training/workshop aiming for participants to develop a strong understanding of core concepts of anticipatory action and locally led approaches. 
• (Tentative) Delivery of training to NCA country and partner teams in Ethiopia in November

Deliverables:

• Content package (including slides, facilitator guide, etc.)
• If in-person delivery relevant:
  • Training delivery 
  • Pre- and Post-Training Evaluations: Conduct assessments to measure knowledge gained and the impact of the training on participants’ understanding of locally-led anticipatory action. 
  • Training Report: A final report capturing participants feedback, key insights, and recommendations for future training programs.
