Design the official logo for LIFT-Zambia

Unleash your creativity. Build your future. Inspire a nation.

LIFT-Zambia (Lives saved, Inequality addressed, Fostering resilience for Transformation in Zambia) is a groundbreaking joint development and humanitarian initiative led by Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), DanChurchAid (DCA), and our Zambian civil society partners, across 16 districts in six provinces. It’s overall goals are to save lives, seek justice and build resilient communities through five thematic programmes:

1. Economic empowerment & food security (EDFS)

2. Climate and environmental stewardship (CES)

3. Climate-resilient water, sanitation and hygiene (CR-WASH)

4. Fighting inequality (FI); and

5. Gender equality

The competition

We’re calling all young Zambians aged 15–24, whether in or out of school, to help us design our new logo for the LIFT-Zambia development programme. To design a winning logo think about the goals and themes of our new programme (see above), who we are (a joint programme run by NCA and DCA) and do your own research to get clues on what we are all about.

Your logo could reflect some of the following:

· Food security

· Climate action and environmental protection

· Access to clean water

· Social justice

· Gender equality

· Community Resilience

The winner will work with us and professional designers to help give it the final gloss, so don’t worry if it’s not perfect; if the idea is good then it can be a winner!

Deadline: Entry submissions are now open and close on 30 June 2025 Email your design (with a 300-word explanation of your design) to: LIFT.Zambia@nca.no Digital preferred, hand-drawn accepted!
