Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) invites suppliers to submit proposals for the delivery of a digital complaint handling mechanism. The purpose of this tender is to find a software solution for confidential and secure incident reporting, efficient case management, and compliance with GDPR and the EU Whistleblower Directive. The solution should feature customizable workflows, role-based access, interactive dashboards, and integration with Microsoft 365.
