Request for Proposal – Evaluation of GBV and MHPSS Programme

Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) invites contractors/consultants to submit a proposal for an independent evaluation of the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Programme in NCA’s Ukraine Response. This evaluation will assess the performance, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the programs, generate knowledge, reflect on challenges, and propose actionable recommendations for future programming. The evaluation aims to enhance NCA’s ability to document results, improve program quality, and inform strategic decision-making for ongoing and future interventions.
