Request for Proposal – Proposal Development Consultancy

Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) invites contractors/consultants to submit a proposal for the provision of consultancy services for proposal development and submission to key donors under a framework contract. The services required will strengthen NCA’s technical capacities by providing expert consultancy in proposal development, ensuring high-quality, donor-compliant submissions. This includes leading and coordinating the drafting of project narratives, budgets, and annexes, while aligning proposals with donor regulations, thematic priorities, and NCA’s strategic objectives.
