NCA-DCA invites qualified supplies and services providers in the hotel industry to be considered for 2022-2024 Framework Agreement for Accommodation and Conference services. The purpose of the assignment is to competitively identify service providers who can enter into a three-year Framework agreement for provision of accommodation and Conference facilities in the following predefined locations:
Complete Request for Quotation can be obtained by emailing procurement.malawi@nca.no with subject line Framework Agreement for accommodation and conference facilities 2022 - 2024. Closing date for obtaining Complete Request for Quotation is 25th March 2022 by 12noon. NCA-DCA shall only consider suppliers who shall obtain the Request for Quotation by the stated date.
Closing date for receipt of complete quotations is 12.00hrs on 8th April, 2022. All late bids shall be rejected.
