Invitation to Tender
Bani’Adam Relief and Development Organization is launching a Local Open Tender for the above listed items and hereby invites interested parties to submit their bids using the following specifications:

- All goods will be delivered to the project site in Dayniile District on a date to be agreed
- Interested bidders may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned above during working hours from 13/07/2019.
- All prices must be quoted in USD only
- All offers must be submitted in English language only, must be delivered to Bani’Adam main office in Mogadishu before 15/08/2019. Late submission of bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send them in writing to baniadamorg@yahoo.com before 15/08/2019
- Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative must be present at the opening day of tenders.
- The company profile must be attached together with all required documents
- The successful bidder shall be required to place a 10% performance bond upon singing the contract.
