Purpose:

The purpose of the indicator is to assess to what extent the target rights holders have got a formal job and manage to keep the employment over a period.

Baseline, annually, endline.

Data Source

Database of students/beneficiaries, surveys, key informant interviews. 

How to Collect

Keep track of the students and rights holders receiving support to enter into formal employment or self-employment in order to be able to contact them after 12 months to check status. 

How to analyse

Identify if the right holder is employed or not. If self-employed, she/he should be reported under 3.2 instead. Each country office will have to decide within their context what they decide is qualifying as employment (is it full time, part time, etc).
