Purpose:
Capacity development of partners should be as strategic as possible in order to ensure the greatest impact and costs effectiveness. Therefore, capacity development should ideally target areas where partners are weakest (taking into account the importance of that particular skillset to the overall mission of the partner organisation and NCA intervention). The scores will help NCA and the partner set priorities in the annual capacity development plans and to focus efforts.
